What Same Moon is

Same Moon is a non-custodial interface to public smart contracts on six blockchains. We never hold your funds or keys. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice, and we are not a broker or an exchange.

Your responsibilities

• You keep your wallet and keys safe. Blockchain transactions cannot be undone.
• You check what you sign and send, including amounts, chains and addresses.
• You are responsible for taxes on your activity.

Creators

A coin's name, ticker, image, description and links are public and permanent. You must have the rights to what you upload and must not impersonate anyone or infringe anyone's rights.

Prohibited uses

No fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion or attacks on the site or the contracts.

Third parties

The blockchains, LayerZero and its verifiers, the DEXes, wallets and RPC providers are independent third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

Fees

Launch fees, LayerZero fees and DEX fees are described in the docs. You see the exact amounts before you sign.
